Amazing Photography

Each student will find five examples of "amazing photography" in the media. Next, they will be asked to create five examples of "amazing photography" by taking their own photographs. After compiling their photographs, each student will then create a Powerpoint presentation containing the criteria that is listed below.

Assignment: Find 5 examples of AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHY. Next, create 5 examples of AMAZING PHOTOGRAPHY (you take the photos!). I suggest you check out Pulitzer Prize winning photos, New York Times photos and AP photos.
The rubric:
1. (5 points) Put the photos in a Power Point. (10 slides total)
2. (5 points) Explain the photo’s composition by using the terminology I gave you.
3. (5 points) Let me know who took it and when it was taken.
4. (5 points) Also, tell me why you like the photo.
5. (5 points) Use complete sentences

You must complete all four parts on each slide to receive full credit. You may use the same photographer only twice. No goofing off, No Internet, No excuses.

Save your work on your desktop and I will check your slide shows on Monday. (Remember, your photos are due and must be downloaded that day)
