2. Students are divided into groups of 3-4 and assigned a word.
3. Each group designs a sign with vocabulary word and pictures.
4. Each group creates and practices a skit that demonstrates the meaning of their assigned word.
5. Each group videos their skit. All skits are downloaded and made into movie.
6. Movie is shown throughout week and meanings are discussed.
7. Movie is also uploaded to class blog for viewing for study and comments.
7. Movies are reviewed as needed of previous words.

** I am a part of a 4th grade team with 5 classes. Each class takes a turn each week and we share our videos. This can sometimes be more time consuming for a Word Study unit, so it works for classes to share the video activity each week. All 4th grade classes look forward to see their friends in their Vocabulary movie each week.
