Students will search for their example of wildlife (The World Outside).

Students will check out digital cameras on a rotating basis.

Students will shoot 10-15 digital pictures of their choice of wildlife.

Students will crop and edit one selected photo in computer lab.

Students will compose a 3 paragraph composition incorporating their interpretation.

Students will edit and proof their written composition for grammar/spelling.

Students will type final draft and print in computer lab.

All submitted photos and compositions will be displayed and judged in 3 categories:

1) Outstanding Photo
2) Outstanding Composition
3) Outstanding Submission (Both photo and composition)

All materials will be reused through the school year as this will be a quarterly project for the students.
Materials: Point and Shoot, Video Tools
