Notes about the rules followed in this community

Directions:
Rules are found abundant everywhere you look. Rules are necessary for order, but what happens when a society goes too far with it? The people in The Giver by Lois Lowry have eliminated some of the most wonderful things about our world in order to keep their community "safe".
With the notes you have been recording about the rules of that culture, take photographs depicting the good they are missing out of because of them. Remember to take photos that have a positive connotation and evokes a optimistic response.
Different angles and lighting are important factors to remember when you are shooting so please be mindful of them. For example, instead of snapping a shot standing up, try lying down on the floor and looking at your object from that angle. Also when photographing have the sun/light at your back otherwise the lighting will not turn out properly.

1. In the community, a man and a woman may only have two children. The community is missing out on the joy of having a large family. In fact some of you may not exist in the community because your parents would not have been able to have a 3rd , 4th child and so on. Take photos of you and your family or of your siblings to add to the slideshow.
