A SMART board will greatly increase the interest level of my students. Most of my 8th grade students are visual learners and many are students with disabilities who struggle on a daily basis. I will be able to create, deliver and manage interactive lessons. By incorporating SMART technology into my daily lessons, all students will benefit from hands-on learning and engage in high-interest activities geared towards individual learning styles and skills. Students can manipulate content with the ease of their fingertips. I anticipate that student achievement gaps will begin to lesson as technology is incorporated into daily lessons.
