This project will use video production opportunities to provide relevancy to reading and writing in the classroom. Students will write, edit, plan, shoot, record, and publish video segments of up to 120 seconds in length. These video segments will be broadcast within the school on the school network, and some will be published on the school website and school social media sites. We currently have two small video cameras and some low-budget lighting. This project will provide us with new hardware and industry-standard video editing software which students will use to edit and publish the final video projects.
