Two iPods, two iPad Minis and protective cases for all four devices for kindergarten children to use to document their outdoor learning throughout the school year in rain, sleet, snow and sun. The learning documented by children and teachers will demonstrate knowledge and skills attained listed in the Next Generation Science Standards, including, but not limited to, engineering, interdependence, and patterns in nature. Problem-solving process, colloboration skill development and communication skills will also be documented to show children's learning and attained knowledge of the how the natural world works and is interconnected.
