I am a technology instructor at a Title One school. Hendrix Elementary is a very poor diverse group of precious children. These children have limited access to hands on technology outside of our school because of the poor conditions they come from. With a technology driven culture I try to expose them to as much technology possible while making leaning fun and engaging. We have established a coding club through CS-First which is part of Google and our students love it. They not only learn how to code and program but also language arts and math skill are enhanced. I would like to purchase a set of chromebooks to use with our club. This will give them opportunities to check them out and work with them during their free time in class. Please consider helping our school purchase a set of chromebooks. Thank You
