Laptop Learning. My name is Gail Douglas and I teach for Mullin Lakeview Lubbock satellite campus. Our k-12 school is located within a residential facility housing young men. They come form all over Texas. In my classroom I teach 5th and 6th grade boys. Daily we use computers to help understand and learn about life around us. Our computers are out dates, plus we are growing and we do not have enough room to put more in. Laptops would be the perfect solution to our situation. If each young man had a laptop to do work on, learn through compass, find new ideas and enhance their life I believe they could soar to new heights. We are a district with not a lot on money and we are satellite to our main campus. They are in Mullin and we are located in Lubbock.
