The Self-Contained Special Education Program is in need of ipads with protective cases for students to use to learn Life Skills such as budgeting, meal planning, use of assistive communication programs, and communicating effectively.

Why I Teach: I love working with students of all ages and ability levels. I worked as a student aide while in high school and after high school I was a volunteer in an elementary school. Helping kids to understand how the world around them works and seeing the fascination in their eyes keeps me seeing the world in wonder as well. The light in their eyes when they discover how to accomplish a goal and meet that goal is the best thing in the world!
