Our school does not have enough calculators to have a set for each classroom. When we have standardized testing it has to be spread out over multiple days due to the shortage of calculators. Many students have to share calculators in class because of the shortage. This makes it difficult for teachers to assign practice problems in class and teach students how to use the functions on the calculators. We use the TI-73 Explorers. A kit including 10 calculators with manuals, batteries, and a "How To" classroom poster can be purchased for $587.30, or $58.73 will purchase one calculator. Any additional help would be appreciated!
