There are many tools and resources available that can enhance my students learning experiences. New research shows that preschool special needs students benefit from tools such as the iPad 3 tablet. I researched (and tested with the students) several preschool apps on a borrowed iPad 3 tablet. I am convinced that having five new iPad 3 tablets in my classroom would enhance my students learning experiences. My goal is to receive five new iPad 3 tablets in my classroom. This would allow me and related staff to develop both structured and individualized programs integrating relevant iPad applications.

Classroom Description: I have a class of six preschool students whose ages range from 3-5 years old. All of the students have a variety of mild to moderate special needs ranging from developmental delays, speech delays, fine motor delays and emotional/ behavioral issues. They are active and eager to learn, so the more hands on materials and activities they have access to, the better!
