We're raising funds to put more technology in the hands of our students for the purpose of RtI-Response to Intervention. All students, K-8, have time built into their day to receive small group or one-on-one instruction in reading and math to meet each child at his or her level, whether they qualify as "at-risk", below benchmark, at benchmark, above, or even Gifted and Talented; all students work to their abilities and instructors push them to work beyond. Putting iPads in students' hands during this time will help instructors give each student another tool during this time. There are many math and reading apps that will keep them interested and push them to meet their needs.
