Our fundraiser consists of 6 iPads for our classrooms. The iPads will be used in a wide spectrum of educational needs. Having these iPads in the classroom will allow our students to explore a variety of computer based educational resources to enhance their classroom education. A few examples of how the iPad can be used in the classroom are: one per small group, as a workstation, for students who require additions practice using online programs, and for quick assessments to monitor student progress. The use of the iPad can even be as a reward for students to encourage the continuous interaction in the classroom. Additional funding will cover the cost of applications and storage for the equiptment.
