Lanier High School's newly started student newspaper needs technology to get up and started. What is a newspaper without pictures? We are in need of a camera to capture moment around the school. We are also in need of computers to write and edit the paper. Software for creating the paper is also needed. Any assistance in making the Bulldog Beacon happen would be great!

Why I Teach: I teach for Kayla and Jamonte. I teach for the students who are told they are stupid or that they can't learn. I teach to show my students that reading is fun. I teach to show my students that they are important and what they think matters. I teach to show my students that they can have a positive impact on their own community, just by getting an education.
