I work with some very low-level students who therefore have great need of but little provision of appropriate reading materials and computer program. Access to these curriculum books and other materials are vital to our low-level student’s academic growth. Our plan is to increase our students’ interaction with interest and level - appropriate texts, in order to scaffold their learning. We want our students to grow significantly as readers this year and we need your help in order to make this happen. As we are a Title I and Title III school, it is difficult for our students to get access to basic reading materials and it is difficult for teachers like myself to fill in our lack of resources.
