Comments
This is a project I anticipate doing every year in collaboration with our elementary students coming over to the middle school. This will help to ease their anxiety about coming to the middle school. We always invite them over, but it would be very nice for them to see a video presentation created by middle school students prior to them visiting our school!
Cross-Curriculum Ideas
Drama class, Publications Class, English Class (interviewing), writing.
Follow-Up
Ask 5th grade teachers to show the video the day prior to their onsite visit to the middle school.
